Like I'm doing 10 min ab exercises and extend it for 40 min or more because I can't do it all at once anymore?
I'm supposed to take only 10 sec break between the exercises but I'm literally out of breath, feeling unconscious and dying and I flop to the ground like a dead whale.
I end up taking 3-5 min break cause I'm so weak and can't even do simple crunches, planks, twists etc. back to back. I sometimes break up the workout i do some exercises in the morning and some in the evening cause I'll be crying if I do all at once.
Is it bad and limiting my progression in any way? Am I supposed to keep doing even if it's paining and burning??
