I’m well aware I can still have a slice of pizza and lose weight but I also have PCOS, high cholesterol and am prediabetic (sensitive blood sugar), so I love the victory on the scale of having lost 80 pounds but I didn’t do it healthily as I wanted to. I was still eating more of the heavy stuff but giving my body little nutritional value. I don’t know where to begin… I am in therapy. I’ve been looking for a nutritionist I could use a tip of where and how to start small in making improvements towards eating better.
It’s not enough for me anymore to see the number on the scale go down. I want to also witness true change within my health. Thank you !
