Hi! I joined this subreddit last month. I lost 60 pounds in high school, went from 280 to 220 pounds. After graduating highschool in 2016, I began college and work. Unfortunately, the amount of time I had dwindled and I slowly put the weight back on. Recently I've gotten fed up and made some changes. Primarily HIIT (15 minutes of HIIT every morning) and portion control. Also, I try to avoid eating after 6:00 PM. Today I weighed in at 250 pounds. That's the lowest I've been in a while. My goal weight is 210 pounds, I still have a long way to go. I'm excited for what is to come and glad I'm seeing results.
