At the moment it’s incredibly sunny where I live… this means I’ve been doing a lot of walking and eating very little. For the first time in a long time I’m making good choices about what I’m eating, drinking and I’m exercising regularly… my scales are starting to show the benefit with 6kg (13lbs) down in under a month. More important than that, I’m feeling better, fitter and more able to move my frame… all I’m really trying to do is walk an hour each day and eat less. This is all coming very naturally at the moment, but I’m desperate to keep it going and I’m terrified I’m heading for a will power crash. I’m worried that when it’s no longer sunny (it rains a lot in Scotland!) I’ll slip back to eating loads and moving little. So how do I keep going???
I’m male, 34 (nearly 35)… I have about 100kg (220lbs) to lose and have basically been obese/morbidly obese my entire life… I want to change, and I want that change to last. Help?
