I am 17 almost 18, a week ago I started working out every day and stoped drinking soda. Now I have grown a little but not enough to gain 20 pounds. I look at myself a year ago and I hate how I look now. My diet hasn’t changed but my weight has skyrocketed. I used to be self conscious about my looks but now I look back to those days and wonder how I was so ignorant. I would do anything to look like that again. Anyway I started working out and I decided to enter my weight into the happy scale app that I used 2 months ago and I realized that I had gained 20 pounds. It seems excessive even for growth. Should I call a doctor?
