How do you manage stress-related disordered eating?

Hey everyone, I've been struggling a bit and I'm hoping y'all might have some advice. I have had some pretty disordered eating habits for a long time - they're mostly related to the fact that I've been overweight my whole life so I get caught in these cycles of binging and restricting. I've been doing so well for the last 7-8 months and I was finally feeling like I was getting healthier, but I've had some major stressors in my life lately and I've started to relapse back into those disordered eating cycles over the last week or so. I'm especially upset because I was so excited about good blood test results just a couple weeks ago and now I feel like I'm going backwards. I think I've realized that my struggles with food are worse with stress and I'm worried that it's only going to get worse since I'm starting grad school soon. If any of you have had a similar experience, what has helped you to heal your eating habits when you're faced with stress? I can't get rid of the stressors, so my only option is to work on better coping mechanisms. For now, I have put together a meal schedule/plan for the next couple days since planning things out helps me a lot. Thank you in advance! I appreciate y'all so much.
