38m 5’8’’ sw 205 cw 180 gw 150
So I’ve been losing weight at about 1 pounds a week for going on three months. Currently I’m 5’8 180 @ 22.7 bf(according to Renpho scale) My goal is to get to 150 12% body fat. I’m eating about 2100 calories a day 50/30/20 macro and about .85grams per pound of protein. I do full body weights 3 times a week and peloton 3 times a week. I weigh myself once a week and according to renpho on average Im losing about 60% body fat and 40% non fat weight(which after 3 months is probably muscle) is this normal ? How much muscle and fat loss should I expect when losing 1lb per week?
