Down 100lbs on a calorie deficit, stuck at 175lbs. The goal is 147lbs.

So last year as lockdown started, I started calorie deficit. I averaged 800kcal a day for 6 months and lost nearly 1 stone a month, 14lbs. I was riding my bike around 40km a week and walking around 30km also.

I took a break over winter as I was quite knackered and resumed in March. During my break, I went on 1200kcal a day and stayed at around 180lbs. Since March, I have average 900kcal a day and initially lost 5-7lbs but for the past 3 weeks, I have not lost anything. I am stuck at 174lbs and move up or down a pound each day.

Exercise has gone down to around 15km a week on the bike and 20km walks.

The math says I should be losing around 2lbs a week just from the deficit but something is wrong here and I don't know what to do.

Yes, I measure my food. I am probably within 20% of my kcal measurements.

(my goal is 800kcal a day but I average around 900kcal).

Any ideas?
