Do these calories sound right? Confused about what 'light exercise' means

Hi everyone,

I'm a first time 'loser' and looking for some clarity on how many calories I should be eating a day.

I'm 5'5 (165cm), female and weight 85KG (about 190 lbs). The TDEE calculator says my sedentary calories are 1,896 so I should eat 1396 to lose weight.

I tried this for a few weeks but was so hungry and felt very weak, so I think I do more activity than I thought.

I do kickboxing twice a week, tennis/golf once a week, and then a 30 min home cardio routine or dumbell workout twice a week as well. But apart from that and the odd walk the rest of the time I am sedentary (long long hours in an office (wfh) job). So I thought sedentary was a good match. My garmin says I burn anywhere form 1800 - 2300 calories a day so it seems all over the place!

Would bumping my calories up to say 1550 be a better way to go if I feel better for it?
