I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
I’m 215lb starting weight 225 and GW: 150.
I’m feeling really discouraged lately because I haven’t been losing any weight over the last month and a half… I weigh myself in the morning and I’m always between 213 to 215 and when I measure myself throughout the day it bounces to 216. I’ve given up so much and I’m not seeing any more progress from losing the 10 pounds. What am I doing wrong?
I eat less than 1500 a day and do some light to moderate exercise. (Rollerskating, walking) I’m going to take up more sports but I exercise.
I’ve given up meat and chicken and the worst I eat in a week is either spaghetti or fried shrimp. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I even tried a vegan diet and didn’t lose any weight. I often eat 1 veggie burger or Quorn nuggets a day with a yogurt or some snacks throughout the day.
Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong please?
