9.5 weeks postpartum and I weigh less than my pre-pregnancy weight!

I'm 26, 5'7" and at my initial pregnancy doctors appointment I weighed 110 kg. During my pregnancy I gained 20kg, weighing 130 the week I went in to labour.

2 weeks postpartum I weighed in at 119 kg. Today I stepped on the scale and saw 106kg!!! I can't believe it!

I've always been such a heavy eater, and struggled so hard with containing my food intake (however 7 years ago I did manage to lose 50 kg in 8 months. 130-80). Ever since giving birth I've had little to no desire or cravings for fast food or junk, and I barely got excited when my husband said he ordered pizza for us.

Pre-maternity leave I worked a physical job, since birth I was itching to get my body moving again, so 2 weeks after giving birth I started walking for an hour or two a day (10,000+ steps).

I'm just so happy that I can say "yea I had a baby 2 months ago, but I've lost all the weight I gained as well as an extra 4 kg". It's so motivating!!!
