After trying many different "diets", keto, low carb, paleo, everything and everything.
I've realised most of my issues are just mental, I need a better relationship with food, portion control and being mindful of what I'm eating.
In the last 3 weeks I have embarked on CICO and have been religiously tracking my calories in my MFP.
I am 6ft1, 290lbs. My TDEE is around 2500cals a day, I am eating 1500 cals a day.
In the last 2 weeks, I have stuck to 1500 or below everyday, I also IF until at least midday everyday.
In the first 5 days I dropped 5lb. Today I weighed myself, ( 2 weeks since start) and I am only 1lb down overall.
How?
I don't get it. I'm massively undereating with a 1000 cal deficit...
