Where to “learn” about food

So I see a lot of people talking about how they finally “learned” about protein or macros or some other food classifier/whatever you want to call it, and I’m wondering what resources you guys use to learn about the most fulfilling and healthy foods?

It seems like there are millions of sources that all say different things and have different clickbait “secrets to nutrition.” I’m not sure who to trust, and I’m overwhelmed.

I want to eat and feel satisfied and be healthy. It’s possible, but I need more direction. Seeing some people say finally learning x about food changed their life is really motivating, but I’m not sure where to start.

Thanks :)
