This past week I've been trying to lose weight by eating less. I've got a calorie tracking app I consult so I don't go over budget and never eat three meals a day anymore, some days have been one meal only. But the food I've been eating so far has been the same old fast food from Wendy's, Mcdonalds, etc. I figure that's not how I'm supposed to be doing this but a lot of the solutions I've found in the places I've been looking require that I have more money than I do and/or know how to cook. Fast food's just, you know, right there and cheap. So what do healthy people eat? I'm pretty uneducated honestly. All reccomendations appreciated
