Just found out that I weigh 516lbs.

I've always known that I'm very obese, but I didn't think I was this far gone. I have a sedentary lifestyle, before starting work at home my only real exorcise was walking to the bus stop, and from the bus stop to my work. I had a horrible diet, but I've recently begun to try and change that for the better in an attempt to lose weight and save money, because I spent a long time ordering fast food multiple times a day.

I'm....beyond shocked, to say the least. For a long time I thought I weight around 380 or so. When I first saw the number I couldn't believe it. When it finally set in, I cried, for the first time in a very long time. Either I have an incredibly warped self image or I was being ignorant. Either way, I can't ignore this anymore.

My efforts over the past couple of months seem minuscule. I've cut out empty calories from beverages, I've stopped ordering fast food. I suppose that's not enough. I need to work on portion control, that's something I'm not good at. I'm just rambling at this point.

tl;dr I just found out that I weigh 516lbs and I'm completely lost as to what I'm going to do to fix it.
