Is this a good amount of weight loss?

I have always been overweight and struggled with my weight I recently turned 18 and weighed in at 198 pounds in July. At the end of July I moved back home from university due to corona and inevitably started eating healthier and randomly weighed myself at the end of august and I'd lost 7 pounds in a month without actually changing much. That was a turning point for me and I decided to actually start counting calories and weigh myself consistently. I'm just at the start of my journey right now and in a week It will be 1 month since I started consistantly counting calories and weighing myself and so far I've lost 15 pounds including the 7 from before. Is this a good amount or should I lower my calories even more? I am currently consuming 1200 calories and I am F 5'3 183lbs 18 years old. And my life is pretty sedentary.
