If I feel ok and eat plenty, how much of a caloric deficit is ok?

I'm eating about 35% protein 35% fat 30% carbs

I'm possibly T2 diabetic (I'm on a treatment medication that raises blood sugar so it's unknown if I would be off it.) I'm on metformin and Ozempic.

The Ozempic is only recently at full dose and I am more than satiated with my meals (if anything I'm poking down protein). Of course that's part of the goal of the medication.

I'm just wondering if it's bad to often not eat my full calories and then have an additional caloric deficit via exercise.

I feel great but if it's a bad idea I could easily bump up carbs since I eat few (altho still often closer to 40%).

Thanks for any feedback!
