I'm 19 M and I'm about 5"11 and 229lbs or 104kg. I got a gym membership about two months ago and was going fairly regularly (2/3 times a week) and doing a 4km run/jog/walk around a lake nearby. I had a lot of motivation at first but then I missed one gym day because of study then another then another and now it's been more than a month since I've been, ive gone for a run once or twice in that time. I was also fasting too, and the same thing happened, I tried again and failed after 3 days. I was at 103kg or so and I weighed myself just before, now I'm 105. I feel like I've already failed, ive always been a chubby kid and the fat friend and I really wanted to change it and now I'm back worse than I was before. I feel disgusting and I hate everything about myself. How do I get back to it, I'm on holidays for the next 8 days away from home and I know I'm gonna be eating and drinking so now this has ruined the entire trip.
