Hellooo I am a 14 year old female and weight 54kg (119 lbs) at 5 feet. I am a bigger than most of my friends, and I really wanna lose at least 2-4 kg as I put on a lot of weight during quarantine. My family is constantly body shaming me and pointing out my stretch marks, and that’s led me to skipping meals and starving myself which I am not proud of. I’m too embarrassed to ask my family for help as they are what has caused my insecurities, and are not at all supportive as they will most likely shame and belittle me even more than they already do. How can I lose weight in a healthy way without access to a gym or equipment?
