10lbs of water weight in a weekend? [6'2 160lbs M]

I've been doing a 1500cal per day diet for the majority of the summer and finally lost all the weight I wanted to. Got down to 160lbs and went up to 2170cal a day to maintain that weight. Over the weekend I had two days in which I went slightly over that limit (maybe 2300-2400cal) as it was Thanksgiving in Canada. When I stepped on the scale, I had gone up to about 170lbs, a 10lbs increase from the previous week. I look the exact same and all my new clothes still fit me perfectly, so I'm assuming it's just water weight but does that mean 170lbs is what I actually weigh? Is it going to stay like that permanently if I keep eating 2170cal a day? Any help would be appreciated
