Quarantine Relapse, but back on the saddle. 19F SW: 181 LW: 116 CW: 145 GW: 118

The beginning of quarantine triggered a HUUUGE relapse for me back into binge eating. The lack of schedule and walking (from class to class, in Uni) is what really did me in. The worst part is, is that I had thought I kicked binge eating to the curb.... :( I see all these people who lost weight during quarantine! Good for them! But it had a completely opposite affect for me.

But for the past few days I have re-started CICO and even started intermittent fasting (18:6). I feel like I undid a lot of my progress, and I can't even fit into my skinny clothes. :( It was really traumatizing watching the number go up, and feeling powerless to stop it (I know this sounds really dramatic but it honestly felt like this). But I am done beating myself up. I have done it once, and I can do it again. I also bought rollerskates to get some cardio in! They are really fun, and near equivalent to running if you go hard on them.

Anyway, my ultimate hope is to be nearly be back to where I was when the spring semester starts (assuming this COVID nightmare is over, and I can go back to school irl, although I am not holding my breath)...

*I realized I forgot to mention height in my title, I am 5'5"
