It's gonna be a while until in-person school starts back up, and i just realized that i have done absolutely nothing this summer. I want to start walking daily and I wanted to know what i should start with.
I would walk home from school, and it was 0.4 miles according to google earth, and I plan on doing it right after I get home.
Would it be smarter for me to walk around the block, which is .7 miles, or skip a turn and walk a full 1.2 miles? (Both a few minutes after the walk from school).
Obviously more is better, but would i be stressing my body too hard by walking the full 1.2?
And am I thinking too hard about this? All answers are appreciated.
