Not seeing progress is making me feel depressed.

I’ve been trying to lose weight for one month but so far, I haven’t seen ANY progress. I weighed myself, took my measurements and took pictures when I started.....so I would have three different ways to measure my progress. Well, as of the one month mark, nothing has changed and it’s starting to make me feel depressed.

I don’t see any tiny changes at all, my clothes aren’t fitting any better. Sure, one month isn’t the longest time. But I would have even been happy if I had lost a half pound.

The fact that I haven’t seen results has really put a damper on my mood. I’m feeling discouraged and like there’s no hope. 😔
