[M18] What is it like to be healthy?

Hi /r/loseit,

I’ve been fat for nearly as long as I can remember - since I was around 7 or 8 years old. Due to this, I literally cannot remember what it was like to be at a healthy weight, and how it feels to be at a healthy weight. I want to lose weight, yet I struggle to sustain my efforts each time I try.

I think that perhaps if I know what I will experience when I do shed the excess weight, I may be more motivated to do so and carry on and try harder.

So tell me, /r/loseit - how have your lives changed by losing weight? What does it feel like to not be obese or overweight, and be at a healthy weight? How different do you feel now? How is your mental health now? I would greatly appreciate any information and comments, because I want to feel better about myself too!
