Lost 1 kg in one week. Should I slow down?

Stats: 24 / M / 160 cm / 63.4 kg.

I used to weigh 55 kg before the quarantine, when I lived alone and have control of (and pay for) my food intake. However, since I quarantined with my parents, I gained 12 kg, ballooning up to 67 kg. For the past 6 weeks, I have started limiting my caloric intake. I only consume 1800 cals, when I used to eat 2500 cals everyday. I have also been going out for easy runs every other day.

Last Sunday, I weighed myself and I was down to 64.4 kg. I am pretty sure it's a correct measurement because I usually weigh myself twice just to check. This Sunday, I am down to 63.4 kg. Meaning, I lost 1 kg in a week? I thought it was somehow a mistake and decided to just weight myself again the next day but then I did and it was still 63.4 kg.

Losing weight usually is not an issue for me as I have fast metabolism, but losing 1 kg a week seems scary. It is also somehow more scary because I am not significantly limiting my caloric intake (I know people who consume 1500 cals a day only) and my runs are only 5 miles at a relaxed pace.

Should I slow down? How? More calories, maybe?

Thank you guys.
