i’m no longer at my lowest..

about two weeks ago, i reached my lowest weight. however, since then, i got so tired and decided to take a break. it was supposed to be a day or two, but instead that turned into what feels like an endless series of binging on junk food all day for days. i have gained around 10lbs in such a short amount of time because of this. that is over 2/3 of my progress since april gone!! i want to get back on track, but i don’t even know where to begin. it’s only been a few weeks but it feels like months. my skin has gotten worse, my motivation to eat healthy and exercise gone, my sleep schedule ruined... all in such little time. i feel like going back into my old routine won’t work because eventually i needed that “break” from it. i want to be able to not fall back again, or at least as fall badly as i have recently. for those of you who were in a similar situation, how did you get back on track? what made you climb out of that final major pitfall?
