It absolutely drives me nuts. I think back to when I was 240 (5'11") and I hated my body, and even so I think I hate it more now (190-195) than I did then. I have a couple of theories why but I still wanted some opinions from you all.
One of my theories is that I've gotten rid of the "hard" fat and left all of the squishy flabby stuff which makes it more noticeable when it jiggles.
My other idea is that maybe I'm losing fat around my belly, but the belly itself is stagnant, meaning that I will notice it more when it sits on top of the other skin.
I don't know, but when I do any movement I feel it jiggling, and when I sit down it rolls up in a way I feel it didn't even do 50 pounds ago.
It's just really hard to keep motivation when at the end of the day I FEEL like I haven't gotten any better. I highlight the word "feel" because obviously the scale is proof that I've done well. But at the end of the day I think how you feel is more important, and I still feel crazy bad about my body.
Any advice or theories belly fat thing would be much appreciated!
