This may sound dumb, but I started watching a Netflix show called Somebody Feed Phil. If you haven't seen it, it's a guy named Phil who goes around the world tasting the food.
Strangely enough, a show about food is motivating me to eat less food. You see, I now want to eat all of the most delicious food I can find. But only the delicious food.
I want to get down to a fighting weight (lose maybe 60lbs) and then do some food tourism. Go to cities around the world and eat the best food they have to offer. Maybe start in my own city until travel opens up post-covid.
I want to eat less, so I get healthier and potentially get more years to eat awesome food.
My worry? Well, I've decided this on my vacation and I have some serious motivation right now. I'm even going to the gym, but I worry that when I get back to the grind, I just won't feel like exercising anymore and I will go back to eating stupid junk food.
