I started losing weight at the beginning of quarantine when I realized that I could no longer fit in our bath towels and my double chin wouldn’t disappear no matter how far I stuck my head out. I have struggled with binge eating all my life so I saw quarantine as a good opportunity to get it under control and finally lose the weight. I have been sticking to doing 10k steps a day, doing a low cal OMAD, and occasional intermittent fasting. I recently attempted an 8 day fast and broke on day 6 with a binge. Since then I have been binging every day and whatever I resolve to do the next day inevitably ends in another binge. Any advice?
