How do you deal with people’s responses to you losing weight?

This is something I’m finding difficult. I’ve lost weight, perhaps 7 or 8kg of fat. My aim is to lose another 3/4 kg perhaps. I am quite active in sport and have noticed a considerable improvement in my performance. My issue is people have been saying things like,” if you lose anymore weight you’ll fade to nothing”, “you’re not eating enough you won’t be strong”, “you’re acting like you have an eating disorder”.

None of these things are true. In matching if not improving my lifts in the gym. I feel good and am performing well but am just not as lean as I’d like yet. I definitely do not have an eating disorder, I want that pizza and beer as much as anyone else. I’m really just trying to get to my goal weight. I’m sure these peoples mean well but how do you deal with these comments that seem like sabotage?
