Hey guys, I’m looking to loose weight in my belly area and gain muscle in my legs. Most/all my weight goes to my belly. When I sit I usually have rolls and have a bit of love handle I’d like to get rid of. I look skinny, but I can literally grab hand fulls of fat on my stomach. I want to be lean /muscular instead.
I was thinking of going on a 21 day water fast to combat this, but I can’t seem to get past day 2. I’m also considering intermittent fasting. Anyone have advice on a workout plan or what I can eat to lose weight in my stomach and gain muscle in my legs. Please help , thanks.
