hey! i know there are probably a billion answers to this questions, but i’m going to explain my situation as best as i can. okay, so firstly, i workout for 30-45 minutes 6-7 times a week. it’s fairly moderate intensity workouts i’d say but i can’t seem to lose weight. a couple months ago i weighed 140 lbs (63.5 KG) and in that time i’ve only lost 6 lbs (2.7 KG). also, i’m a 5’2 female and done growing. i wasn’t working out before that, i just got a burst of motivation and started working out this much a month and a half ago. i’m not sure if this is a normal rate to lose weight, but the weird part is i lost all 6 lbs (2.7 KG) within the first two weeks and haven’t lost any since. i’ve changed my routine a few times since the beginning to up the intensity and i’ve been eating a little less than before along with eating better. i’ve cut out some junk like soda and sugary cereal and i’ve switched to wheat bread and peanut butter rather than white bread with nutella too. if i go for a snack the unhealthiest thing i grab is a granola bar with some chocolate chips. i’m honestly so stumped of why i can’t loose weight. every part of my body has somewhat toned, but it’s clear that my stomach and thighs are holding onto visible weight that i can’t shake. my over all goal is to just lose 10 (ish) more pounds but it feels impossible and like i’m stuck in a ditch. any advice or habits i need to change? i’m really willing to do anything except run... i can’t work out when it feels like a chore, which is what running feels like. any input is appreciated.
