I have a few health conditions that have contributed to my inability to lose any weight including a thyroid issue. I used to stress and get upset and depressed but after having literally 10 doctors say your as healthy as an ox (perfect blood work) and keep up whatever your doing, I’ve come to terms with things and I’m fine with it now. I eat healthy and strive for no more than 1500 calories a day. I eat fresh and organic and no processed foods due to my other health conditions and severe allergies. I exercise a ton almost every day and get 10,000-20,000 steps every single day. Hikes are super easy for me now and I love getting outdoors. I haven’t been this in shape since I was an athlete in early college and earlier. One of the biggest gains I just made was I gave up wearing big baggy clothes. I lacked so much confidence in my body that I would wear sometimes a 2xl. I’m 5’3 and 160lbs so I’m by no means that big but I hated myself and didn’t want anyone to notice me. Apparently I’m a size medium to large in the top and I didn’t know that until just today when I went to purchase some new tank tops. I plan to enter some races as soon as they start doing them again (COVID).
