This morning I stepped on the scale, and to my surprise I'm down 10 kg. The problem is: I don't see it, my family doesn't see it and my friends don't see it. I feel like giving up and just stop trying. Why try, when I still look like a fat piece of shit after 4 months and 10 kgs?
But the logic side of me knows that the weightloss might not be showing, because maybe I'm just losing the fat around my organs, which is great. It's just annoying as hell.
I don't workout. I can't seem to find the time to start going to the gym (I'm a single mom). So I just stick to long walks, IF and CICO.
I'm sorry for the rant and the broken English. Not a native speaker.
But hey. At least I'm not obese anymore. Just overweight.
