Broke up with my bf of 5 years, moved across the world heartbroken, and could use some advice/support

Hi all, I just went through some major life changes and am trying to channel it into a healthier me. For context, I’m 26 and am hoping to lose another 20-30lbs after already losing 25lb veryyyy slowly (like over 16 months slowly). F26 5’5” SW196, CW 169, GW 145.

In the last 3 months, I broke up with my boyfriend of 5 years (he got to keep our dog), quit my job, moved out of our shared home in the US, sold my car, moved to Germany, and started a new job I’m a new I dusted, all in the midst of this global pandemic. It’s been A LOT all at once and I’ll admit my focus hasn’t been all in on diet and exercise. Luckily I haven’t gained much back (I’ve plateaued if anything) but with so much new around me I’m having a really hard time staying focused and have pretty much stopped exercising completely with the occasional binge. Not to mention a lot of my go-to snacks/meals have had to change with what’s available in my new country.

My biggest struggle though is that I still miss my ex all the time and feel guilty for leaving him, which triggers emotional eating.... so if you have any tips/tricks/advice for managing heartbreak without binging, moving to a new country on a diet, or simply maintaining focus during a period of change, I’d be so grateful to hear it!
