Am I eating too few calories?

In January I found I was the heaviest I’d ever been at 81kgs - I know other people have far more difficult journeys than me but I was really proud to start tracking calories and as of last month lost 12kg and was down to 69kg.

I do a 40 minute HIIT class three times a week followed by 20 minutes of yoga. I then do strength workouts on the other two days a week, also followed by 20 minutes of yoga. I usually take the weekends off but might go for a long walk with my boyfriend.

But now I’ve stalled, and I’ve now been hovering around the same spot for around six weeks.

Since then I started following a woman on Instagram who talks about reverse dieting and that when she upped her calories she actually lost more weight.

I’ve been using MFP and adjusted my calories as I’ve lost weight to compensate, but I don’t include the calories ‘gained’ through exercise in this, and I wondered if not doing this meant I was actually consuming too few calories when my exercise is taken into account?

I usually burn around 400 calories per workout according to my Apple Watch and my calorie goal on MFP is 1,530.

My CW is 70kg and I’m 170cm tall.

I’m really happy with my progress but my GW is 65kg which I’ve weighed before and is where I was most comfortable.

Any advice as to whether I should up my calories and include my exercise calories? Or just accept it gets slower the closer you get to your GW?
