I'm 6ft8 and 300lb, and already have a crazy appetite better binge eating. I've found trying the above I basically end up re- feeding and gaining more weight as well as becoming miserable and non functional.
My binge eating is mostly anxiety and depression which I have been working on for about 3 years with no success.
Obviously I also need to work on exercise as well, but it's slow going and right now I'm working on dealing with my back problems and just waking because honestly I can't support my weight well.
What approach should I take? I'm a college student but I can cook. I thought about keto, but honestly there's not enough "Amount" of food to fill me. Like no joke I can snack on 4 quarter Pounders.
My cravings are mainly meat - beef, cheese, milk, sweets artificial, fizzy drinks and squash.
Currently what I eat is basically:
Chicken wraps with lettuce, Cucumber, mayo (three for lunch with 3 chicken strips each) Burgers, lettuce, cheddar, ketchup (4 breakfast, 4 lunch + snacks) Pizza meat feast (keeps me full for about an hour) Strawberry laces cerial with milk (about 3/4 of a letter glass bowl) Sausages with beans and butter (8 sausages, 2 cans of beans, probably does lunch till dinner and a bit over) Squash
Occasionally Donuts Spaghetti Bolognese (lasts me most of a day 750g mince, pack of spageti) Two long baguets (with cheese, 5 piece ham, 5 piece chicken, and a pack of pepperoni between the two, ketchup, sweetcorn, onions, gerkins, olives) can do two at once, feel sick for about 5 hours then eat something else. Strawberry banana smoothie, £2 500g pack.
I prefer to cook simple and quick. Usually get frozen chicken, never can cook raw chicken right.
Any ideas on how to take this? I'm gaining weight and this is expensive.
