I(21F) weighed 360lbs at my heaviest. I made the choice to cut out sodas in December 2019, and have intermittently lowered my sugar intake. I’m very proud to say, that since January 24th, 2020 I have kept off 15lbs and I’m slowly inching towards the 20lbs lost mark.
I know it’s slow going, but I have only minimally changed my diet and I’m working on building strength, stamina, and endurance through yoga and some light workouts at the gym (I’m in Texas so the gyms are open.)
I see people post their progress all the time, and for once I feel like I have some progress to share!
