34F I’m 5’2” and 132-135 pounds.

I have 3 kids age range 6-11. I have been doing pound classes, some barre classes, runs and walks. Even completed 21 day fix program Twice in this time and threw in some yoga. Was hiking a lot too but it got too hot. I’ve done this consistently (3-5 x per week) for over a year now, I did loose about 5 pounds at one point when I was going nuts but I’ve since gained it back. I eat pretty healthy but have a sweet tooth. I’ve tried cutting carbs but can’t stick to it and didn’t see any results when I did do that for a couple weeks. I tried cutting sugar and really just failed. I don’t drink soda, or eat a lot of fast foods. We cook most things at home using chicken and veggies as primary staples. I’ll eat salads for lunch, Black coffee w a touch of milk for breakfast, and a regular dinner that sometimes has carbs and sometimes I sub carbs for squash etc. I do indulge in a cookie or icecream 4 x a week or so. Really I’m wondering is my only option to really starve myself or is this just my weight now?! I can tell I carry extra fat mostly in my stomach, seems to just never shrink. I feel stronger than I ever have but I also have a hard time pushing cardio, not a high energy person. (I do it, just hard to get into it and hit that cardio zone). Help me other moms who can relate! I feel like giving up.
