147lbs New Mom - Need advice losing 20lbs for TV!

I'm 7months post partum, 31 yo, 5'2 and 147lbs! I was doing a TV show before getting pregnant which I left about a year back, and now have been invited to restart. Went in for a show last week and saw it on TV - I looked HUGE! It made me feel terrible about myself though I know in my head it's maybe not as bad as I'm making it out to be. I've been trying to 'get healthy' for months now, tried bits of IF, calorie counting, etc. But I seem to yoyo (also struggling with anxiety and PPD). The pandemic also didn't help with mental health. And I've always hated exercise, though now days with a super active baby my level of physical activity has actually increased.

Any thoughts or advice? I'd ideally love to lose 20lbs to get to about 56Kgs or 127 lbs.
