I am probably just being a hypochondriac but to some degree, I feel this way. I have high blood pressure and am on medication for it. I’m only 18 years old so this is definitely something that worries me for the future of my health. For reference, my diet is extremely poor. I eat a lot of take out and always feel like crap afterwards but continue to do so anyway. Also, since being in quarantine I have practically been in bed for upwards of 20 hours out of everyday. I’m tall male (6’4”) and heavy (around 280lbs). Everyone always says I’m overreacting about how fat I am because I don’t necessarily look heavy as I am tall allowing the weight to distribute. When not in quarantine I am pretty sedentary besides walking to and from class around my small university. I am also concerned as I always get winded from going up and down stairs followed by a rapid heartbeat. This can’t be healthy. I am looking for tips and advice as to how I can lose this weight. I am very determined to turn my life around now so it doesn’t come back to haunt me later. I just hope I’m not too late. I’m also looking for support, and I hope I can find it here. Thank you all in advance.
