Went from 74 kilo (about 163 pounds) to 58 kilo (about 127 pounds) now back to 60 kilo. I'm feeling a bit down and anxious. Somebody in to give some moral support?

Hi!

So like I said, went from 74 to 58, now back at 60 (I'm 4"11'). I was doing really well, but then had this awful tendonitis, which makes it impossible for me to exercise like before, then this pandemic, then some personal stuff. Anyway it has been a shit show last couple of months.

I started in December 2019. I lost the weight by doing resistance training and counting my macro's. I'm just really afraid that because I stopped training now I lost a whole bunch of muscles and I will keep gaining the weight. I know it's an irrational thought. I've been walking a lot last week and started counting calories and macro's again to get some control. But it has not helped.

I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. Walking and counting.
