Trying to lose weight but unsure about calorie intake

Hey,
I am a 26 Year old woman, 5'5 tall and SW was 291lbs (165cm and 132kg). I've been trying to lose weight for years but it was very hard and as soon as I lost a few kilograms they were back on a few weeks later so i got really discouraged and stopped actively trying to lose weight. Things in my life changed though so I want to try it again without giving up this time.
About 2 months ago I started to count calories again and also started doing some exercise at home the past 2 weeks. So far I lost about 22lbs/10kgs. I usually eat between 1300 and 1400 calories which seems fine to me and I don't end up being very hungry during the day and to be honest sometimes I even struggle to get it to 1300 calories. I keep hearing/reading that what I am eating is too low for my weight and how I should eat more calories but I am not sure if this is true? I tried different online calculators but they all end up saying something different so I am hoping someone here might be able to help me with figuring out how much I should or shouldn't eat per day.

Thank you
