Hi guys, I started on a caloric deficit (1600 per day) one month and one week ago. 20yr old male, 6'0/183 cm, 176lbs/79kg. At the start of my CICO I weighed 187lbs/85kg before that (pre-quarantine) around 193lbs/87kg. Before last week, I'd been losing weight at a pretty good pace noticing loss ob about 1.5-2.5lbs each week. However, I now seem to be stuck at the mid 170's usually fluctuating around 175-177lbs/79-80kg depending on if I've pooped, eaten, or drank water. Any reason to this? I'm certainly not gonna stop just wondering if I've hit a plateau or if my body is getting better at adapting to weight loss. Thanks!
