Heya! I'm just really confused. Are scales supposed to change so much? I was 196 yesterday morning and 200 this afternoon. There's no fucking way I can gain 4 pounds in one day right?? I normally don't weigh myself every day (at the end of every week is when I do it) but like... how can it be so off???
Is it water weight?? What is my true weight? It's not that big of a deal and I know im eating better and loosing generally, but its such a pain. Especially around the 200 mark, seeing that 1xx is so nice and encouraging. Do you guys deal with the same things?
Again, I'm not really stressing. I'm just uber confused!
