About 6 years ago I started to gain a considerable amount of weight because of some medication I have to take. I went from about 115 to where I am now at about 210. I've made some half assed attempts to lose weight before, but they always fall flat after about 10lbs lost. But damnit, I'm not in work or school because of the virus. I actually have time to meal prep and (online) grocery shop since I dont have work or school.
And I want to feel good about my body again. I want to enjoy shopping for and wearing clothes again. I want to feel confident being naked in front of my husband (for the record, my husband is the most supportive person in the world, always complimenting my appearance). I want to feel like it's my body again.
So were doing this, this time. I'm taking control back of my body.
