Not being able to lose weight gradually leads to Depression and Self-doubt state of mind.

I am 21M from India. I have been trying to lose weight since a long time and have no progress at all.

Being a vegetarian, I have very less options and could not afford supplements to fulfill my protein intake. Looking at people's dynamic progress on this sub reddit got me attracted here.

As I am trying very hard to reduce my body weight so hard and not getting any results at all it drags me towards state of depression and feeling to quit.

I really wanna achieve the Hollywood physic. However considering my current weight 86kg. It seems nearly impossible.

If anyone could help me suggesting some tips with the diet plan or workout plans targeting thighs and glutes muscles it would be a pleasure. (I had already seen many videos on YT but all shares a different concept which is exactly opposite to one another)
