Hi there! I've been trying to lose weight on and off my whole life. But as soon as i start losing weight, i lose my motivation and the unhealthy foods get the better of me. Today i decided that thats not going to happen anymore, im going to break the cycle.
So im 15F, 165cm, and as of this morning i weigh 79.3kg. Ive decided that I'll start counting calories on myfitnesspal and im going to try to exercise daily.
The reason i want to lose weight is because i want to feel better in my body and i dont want to be so insecure about myself anymore. I want to love my body.
I will be updating weekly just so i could ensure that i stay on track and have some form of accountability.
Any motivation or tips would be really really helpful. Thank you for reading!
