Hi all!!!
Female, 25 years old, 5’7, 170 lbs (give or take, I haven’t been on the scale in a bit), goal weight: 150
So, I got engaged in February and our wedding isn’t set until 2022... which brings me to this, I have plenty of time to actually make a lifestyle change for myself and a bonus of looking great for my wedding. My only problem is this... I have no clue where to start. I know I shouldn’t be making huge changes all at once and need to start off small. I am terrible at nutrition. Anyone have any ideas on where I can start or websites for guidance? I would appreciate any advice you can give a beginner. I’m ready to lose some dang weight and feel confident!!
