First post on here! I’m 23, F, 5’3 and currently around 63.5kg/140lbs and would like to find a female buddy who can help keep me accountable on my journey! I’d ideally like someone who is a similar height and weight to me as I find it really difficult to relate to people who are much taller than I am. I’d like to lose weight of course, but I really want to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle for myself. My goal weight is (around) 54kg/119lbs. I know it doesn’t sound like a lot of weight to lose, but I’ve been wanting to lose this much for years and have been struggling so badly with it 😪 I want to avoid calorie counting as I’ve been a serial yo-yo dieter and I’ve had such unhealthy ways of thinking about food and exercise the past few years of my life. Ideally I’d like to just try to eat 3 medium sized meals a day, have two healthy snacks and go for 30 min walks a day. Right now I’m finding even this much really difficult because I have a hard time letting myself go slow and steady. Pm me if you’re up for gaining a journey buddy!
